Vendor-Exhibit Hall:

    • Held on Tuesday September 30 and Wednesday October 1 in the Event Center at Horseshoe hotel’s Resort Tower Ground/Casino level convention floor. Exhibit Hall periods for 2025 are now split into two 90-minute periods on both exhibit days (3 hours per day) between lectures and meal breaks.
    • Expected Exhibit Hall periods for each day are Tuesday, September 30 from 10:45am to 12:15pm and 3:00pm to 4:30pm and Wednesday, October 1 from 10:30am to 12:00pm and 2:40pm to 4:10pm.
    • Start times are subject to change by a few minutes before or after.

Check-In for Exhibitor Onsite Booth Reps:

    • In the Grand Salon area of Horseshoe’s Resort Tower Ground/Casino level convention floor, next to the Event Center where our Exhibit Hall is located.
    • Monday, September 29 from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
    • Tuesday, September 30 from 8:00am until 10:45am. Note this only gives each of your company’s booth reps a short 2 hours and 45 minutes to pick up their name badge/pass and other exhibitor materials, if not already done on Monday. Each booth rep must be individually checked in and at their booth inside the NPPA Exhibit Hall at least 20 minutes before each Exhibit Hall period starts.

Last Exhibit Hall Period: Booths must remain in place and manned through the end of Wednesday’s (October 1) second period of Exhibit Hall hours, or an early booth tear-down fee of $500 will be charged.

Educational CE Program (with CE credits): If you’d like to sit in on some of the attendee lectures that come with Continuing Education (CE) credits approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), your exhibit booth package includes a certain number of Single Session Tickets that allow your reps to sit in on a specific lecture or two. If you want to use the CE credits offered or join for all of the lectures, you must purchase a Full Program Pass. This option will become available at a later date when we ask for the names and details of the reps manning your booth onsite

The CE sessions start each day of the conference (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at approx. 8:20am, and go for 1 to 2 hours at a time throughout the day, with breaks in between for attendee meals, the Exhibit Hall, and GPO breakouts. Tuesday and Wednesday lectures end around 5:30pm and Thursday’s end around 1:00pm. All lectures will be held in the Platinum Grand Ballroom at the other end of the Event Center and Grand Salon.

New for 2025Pharm-to-Table Lunch Mixer. Exhibitor reps may now join attendees during their provided lunch-meal periods (one rep per company, although a second rep may be allowed after each exhibitor has a chance to join). You asked for more time to socialize with the pharmacy attendees outside our Exhibit Hall, so NPPA included this as an add-on to your exhibitor package. Booth furnishings & shipping needs: The Exhibitor Services Show Kit that allows you to order furnishings and electrical/other needs for your booth and ship materials beforehand will be managed and sent by email directly from GES Expo Services, our booth setup and services company. Expect to see those emails about 2 to 3 months before the conference starts (within 2 weeks after your initial exhibit order payment with NPPA). GES will also assign you a specific booth number.
If your booth number has not been assigned before you need to place a furnishings order or ship your materials to GES, know that it is not required at the time. If you don’t have your booth number when ready to send a shipment or place an order, GES will match your company name to your booth number when NPPA provides GES with their regular updates as booth numbers are assigned and confirmed.

Furnishings provided with your exhibit package include one 6′ skirted table per 10’x10′ of space, two chairs, one wastebasket, a full side-drape, and a small sign with your company name and booth number at the top of the drape behind the booth (to indicate your booth location when setting up). The entire Exhibit Hall is fully carpeted and well lit.

Location of Booth: Your company’s main contacts on record will be notified via email by our NPPA staff when it’s time to choose your preferred booth location. Exhibitors with the largest booth sizes will be contacted first, as well as by payment date order (after you have provided at least a 50% deposit payment for your exhibitor package). You may provide up to 3 location choices to allow flexibility for competitor company proximity or other adjustments related to booth setups. Once you receive an NPPA booth-location email you will have 48 hours to make your selection. After that time, the next exhibitor will be contacted. Depending on the date or how full our Exhibit Hall is at the time, your final location may need to be adjusted further or ultimately determined by NPPA.
NPPA Conference
