NPPA is excited to also offer reservations at the Paris Las Vegas hotel. However, only a very limited number of rooms are available in NPPA’s block at Paris, so be sure to book soon if interested! And if our held Paris rooms become sold-out, please consider booking under NPPA’s block at Horseshoe for only $65/night HERE.
With Paris hotel being located conveniently down a hallway adjoining the Horseshoe/Paris complex, you can easily walk back & forth to NPPA’s event space at Horseshoe, and all being indoors to avoid the Vegas heat.
The Paris sleeping room block for NPPA are for the Burgundy Rooms, which combines classic European elegance with a modern flair. They include a mini-refrigerator, full-size desk, large flat-screen TV with basic cable channels and option for in-room movies (for an additional charge), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clock radio, and a safe. The bathroom is luxurious for a standard room, with marble countertops and a separate tub and shower.
New Carpet in Meeting Rooms & Exhibit Hall space: In December 2022, the hotel added brand-new carpet to all the convention meeting rooms that NPPA holds the CE lectures and breakout sessions in, as well as the Events Center space for the Vendor-Exhibit Hall. The Events Center is expansive with plenty of room for all the exhibitors and the attendees calling on them, without it being overcrowded.
Location of sleeping rooms to meeting rooms: Horseshoe’s Resort Tower hotel rooms are conveniently located in the same Tower as the NPPA educational CE lectures, Opening Reception, and Vendor-Exhibit Hall. Which means everything is easily and quickly accessible from the elevator that connects to your sleeping room. More detailed information on meeting room locations will be provided upon registration.
Promotion to Exhibitors for Discount off next year’s Exhibit Package: Have your Onsite Booth Reps stay at Horseshoe LV to receive a $40 discount per rep, off your next year’s (2025) NPPA Conference Exhibit Booth Package (max allowed discount of $400). After this year’s event, send your final hotel bill to our office so we can apply your credit.
Upgrade to Eiffel Tower view room for $159/weeknight plus tax (& NPPA’s discounted Resort Fee of $35/night plus tax). This upgraded Burgundy Room provides breathtaking views of the iconic Eiffel Tower out your window! Other room amenities are the same as described in the “Booking Details” tab for the non-view Burgundy rooms.

Bars & Clubs: click HERE for the many options for entertaining or relaxing in a bar or club at Paris hotel, including a cigar & whiskey bar, a rooftop club, and Le Cabaret lounge with live performances on weekends.
Horseshoe dining & bars: in addition, once you’re over at Horseshoe for the NPPA meetings, there are a few more restaurants (featuring Jack Binion’s steakhouse); as well as a Fast-Food Court, located down the escalators from the Casino level at the end of the mini-shopping mall. There’s also the Lavazza express cart in the Horseshoe lobby open 24/7 for coffee, fresh fruit, smoothies, pastries & sandwiches.
There is also a newly added (in 2023) exciting Lock Speakeasy club at Horseshoe, located inside The Cabinet of Curiosities bar & lounge, which includes displays of interesting and unusual objects from around the world and leather couches and chairs along with bar seating. The speakeasy entrance is inside the bar’s lounge area (reservations are required, which can be booked by phone or with the Cabinet of Curiosities bar staff). Both are found in the downstairs mini-shopping mall.
Airport to Hotel transportation: To get from the airport to the hotel (or vice versa), we suggest using Lyft/Uber or Taxi services. We also don’t suggest the need for a rental car overall unless you have the need to go off-Strip during your time in Vegas. Since the Monorail is available with a station stop at Horseshoe hotel, and going up & down the Strip to 2am or 3am every night with arrivals every few minutes (see details below).
Parking Fees for Hotel Guests: If you need to get a rental car for off-Strip driving or is just your preference, please be aware that self-parking at Paris for registered hotel guests is an additional cost of $20/day (or for non-lodgers, $20/day Sunday through Wednesday and $25/day Thursday through Saturday). However, if you are a Platinum, Diamond, or Seven Star Rewards member of Caesars property hotels, self-parking is free. Note that both self-parking and valet rates may increase due to high-volume events/holidays. See additional details at: www.caesars.com/parking (be sure to scroll further down the page to view the correct city’s parking information, to the section titled “Parking Costs: Las Vegas Properties”).
Las Vegas Monorail Hours of Operation & Information: The Horseshoe hotel (which is connected to Paris indoors) has a monorail stop which you can get to from the Horseshoe Casino area where the escalators are that bring you downstairs to the mini-mall and Food Court. The monorail entrance is at the end of the shopping mall and fast-food courts, and just past the pool entrance. Skip the traffic and get to your destination on The Strip in less than 15 minutes, with trains arriving at each station (such as Horseshoe) every 4 to 8 minutes until closing time each late night. Hours (for all locations) are: Monday 7 am-12 midnight, Tuesday through Thursday 7 am-2 am, and Friday through Sunday 7 am-3 am. Ticket Costs are: $5 one-way, $13 for daily unlimited pass and more options. For details, visit: www.lvmonorail.com.
Check-In & Check-Out Times: Paris hotel arrival check-in time starts at 4:00pm. If you arrive early, you can either wait and they will store your bags at the Bell Desk until your room is ready, or you can request an early check-in if it’s available at the time, however note they will charge you an additional fee. Upon departure, check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need to check out later than that, you may call the Front Desk that morning (or sometimes the night before) to see if they can approve your request.
Options for SELF Check-In & Check-Out: Bypass the lines and check-in (or out) to your room through a link provided by the hotel to your email address (as long as you’ve provided that email and your address when initially booking your reservation). Another option–if you are a Caesars Rewards member, is to get their mobile app on your phone and check in or out yourself via the app. Lastly, for check-in onsite, you can use the kiosks in the hotel lobby in front of the regular front desk check-in area. And if you use self-check-out online or through the Caesars Rewards mobile app, the hotel will then email you a receipt of your final bill.
