2026 NPPA Conference: November 16–19

Opening Reception for Attendees:

- Held on Monday, November 16 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm in the hotel’s SkyView Rooms on the 26th floor, which is accessed from the sleeping room elevator banks.
- Socialize with your colleagues and enjoy food, drinks, and prize giveaways. Arrive early to enjoy the spread and allow extra time to meet and network with your fellow buyer colleagues.
- Co-sponsored by NPPA and a vendor-exhibitor TBD.
Educational Program: ACPE-accredited CE lectures start Tuesday, November 17 approx. 8:20am and end Thursday, November 19 approx. 1:30pm. All lectures will be held in the Platinum Grand Ballroom, accessed from the Grand Salon area when you first walk in from the hotel convention room hallway.
Meals: All meals will be provided in the Palace Complex rooms, across the hall from where the lectures are held. Breakfasts start approx. 7:15am on Tuesday & Wednesday and approx. 8:30am on Thursday. Lunches start around noon on all 3 days.
Pharm-to-Table: Exhibitor Lunch with Attendees. Exhibitor reps may now join attendees during their provided lunch meal periods. Exhibitors greatly help support the conference with generous funding contributions and sponsorships. Over the past few years, they have asked for more time to socialize with the pharmacy attendees, so NPPA has decided to open this up as an optional enhancement for exhibitors. We are excited about this offering and hope it works for everyone.
Vendor-Exhibit Hall: Held on Tuesday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 18 for approx. 2.5 to 3 hours each day. Located in the Grand Ballrooms (Gold/Silver/Bronze). Snacks will be provided by NPPA, and prizes will be given away by exhibitors as well as NPPA.
340B University: Offered as an optional add-on event, held on Monday, November 16 from approx. 8:00am to 4:00pm (before NPPA’s Opening Reception that starts at 4:30pm). The 340B University is sponsored and hosted by the HRSA 340B Prime Vendor Program (PVP) managed by Apexus—also one of NPPA’s vendor-exhibitors, held in the hotel’s SkyView Rooms on the 26th floor. Location of Hotel Rooms to Conference Events:

- Horseshoe’s Resort Tower hotel rooms are conveniently located in the same tower as the CE lectures, Opening Reception, and Vendor-Exhibit Hall (as well as the optional 340B University event).
- Everything is conveniently accessible from the elevator that connects to the sleeping rooms down to the ground-floor/lobby along with the hallway that leads to the hotel’s convention-room area.
Check-In for Attendees:

- At the Opening Reception on Monday, November 16 (from 4:30pm to 6:00pm).
- Also on Tuesday morning, November 17 (approx. 7:15am) in the Grand Salon until lectures begin at approx. 8:20am. A breakfast buffet will also be provided within the same timeframe on Tuesday.
