New Carpet in Meeting Rooms & Exhibit Hall space: In December 2022, the hotel added brand-new carpet to all of the convention meeting rooms that NPPA holds the CE lectures and breakout sessions in, as well as the Events Center space for the Vendor-Exhibit Hall. The Events Center is expansive with plenty of room for all the exhibitors and the attendees calling on them, without it being overcrowded. There’s even enough space for 2 cash bars in the Hall as well as multiple snacks and goodies, for all attendees over the 2.5 to 3 hours of exhibit time each day. Exhibitors may also partake in the food provided by NPPA during this time.

Book your hotel room at the 2023 NPPA Conference headquarters, Paris Las Vegas! The Paris sleeping room block for NPPA are in the Paris hotel’s Burgundy Rooms, which combine classic European elegance with a modern flair. The rooms include a mini-refrigerator, full-size desk, large flat-screen TV with basic cable channels and option for in-room movies (for an additional charge), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clock radio, and a safe. The bathroom is quite luxurious for a standard room, with marble countertops and a separate tub and shower.

The NPPA Group Room rate is $115/night plus tax, with a discounted Resort Fee of $35/night plus tax (regularly now $46 night plus tax to other guests). Resort Fee includes the following (on a daily basis)“Premium” Wi-Fi for 2 devices (in sleeping rooms), Fitness Center Access for 2, and free/unlimited local phone calls. The NPPA room rate is applicable for either 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds, single or double occupancy.

Consider Upgrade to View of Eiffel Tower for $145/night plus tax (& NPPA’s discounted Resort Fee of $35/night plus tax). This upgraded Burgundy Room provides great views of the iconic Eiffel Tower out your window!  The room includes a full-size desk, large flat-screen TV, and in-room safe. The luxurious bathroom has marble countertops and a separate tub and shower. This upgraded room is also available at the NPPA Group rate for either 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds, single or double occupancy.

Rate Guarantee: NPPA’s Group Room rates are guaranteed through July 12, when booking under the “2023 NPPA” Group Room Block. After the cutoff date, this rate may no longer be available, unless the rest of the hotel is not close to being sold out and they agree to extend the deadline (usually just by another 7 days at most if that is the case). However, note that NPPA’s lower negotiated Resort Fee rate will still be guaranteed up through the date of our show start, so be sure to continue booking under our Group Block to get that discounted Resort Fee rate.

At Paris LV hotel, there are many well-reviewed and high-end places to eat or take out clients, such as Mon Ami Gabi or the Eiffel Tower French restaurants, Gordon Ramsey steakhouse, Nobu Japanese restaurant, and many more. In addition, once you’re over at Horseshoe for the NPPA meetings, that hotel has a couple of their own restaurants as well as a Fast-Food Court, located down the escalators from the Casino level (after walking to the end of the mini-shopping mall there). The Food Court includes Sbarro for Italian, Pan Asian Express, Subway, Nathan’s, and Johnny Rockets for burgers, fries, & shakes.

Location/Directions for all: Conveniently, the Paris LV hotel is fully connected to the Horseshoe Las Vegas hotel (formerly Bally’s), where the NPPA meeting rooms are located. This means you don’t need to go outside from your sleeping rooms at Paris to go to Horseshoe for the NPPA Conference, which can be a huge benefit when it’s summertime in Vegas. (Both properties are part of Caesar’s Entertainment.) The NPPA Conference Lecture Hall, where the main educational sessions are held, is located downstairs in the Grand Ballroom space in Horseshoe’s Casino level convention rooms area. The Vendor-Exhibit Hall is located just next door to that, in the Events Center. Once you head down the hallway of the Horseshoe convention rooms, check-in for Exhibitors will be located halfway down on the right, in the Grand Salon. From there, you can access the Exhibit Hall directly. Click on the following link to a Map of the Horseshoe LV Resort Tower Convention Rooms: HERE

Las Vegas Monorail Hours of Operation & Information: The Horseshoe hotel (which is connected to Paris indoors) has a monorail stop which you can get to from the Horseshoe Casino area where the escalators are that bring you downstairs to the mini-mall and Food Court. The monorail entrance is at the end of the shopping mall and fast-food courts, and just past the pool entrance. Skip the traffic and get to your destination on The Strip in less than 15 minutes, with trains arriving at each station (such as Horseshoe) every 4 to 8 minutes until closing time each late night. Hours (for all locations) are: Monday 7 am-12 midnight, Tuesday through Thursday 7 am-2 am, and Friday through Sunday 7 am-3 am. Ticket Costs are: $5 one-way, $13 for daily unlimited pass and more options. For details, visit: www.lvmonorail.com.

Check-In & Check-Out Times: Paris hotel arrival check-in time starts at 4:00pm. If you arrive early, you can either wait and they will store your bags at the Bell Desk until your room is ready, or you can request an early check-in if it’s available at the time, however note they will charge you an additional fee. Upon departure, check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need to check out later than that, you may call the Front Desk that morning (or sometimes the night before) to see if they can approve your request.

Options for SELF Check-In & Check-Out: Bypass the lines and check-in (or out) to your room through a link provided by the hotel to your email address (as long as you’ve provided that email and your address when initially booking your reservation). Another option–if you are a Caesars Rewards member, is to get their mobile app on your phone and check in or out yourself via the app. Lastly, for check-in onsite, you can use the kiosks in the hotel lobby in front of the regular front desk check-in area.  And if you use self-check-out online or through the Caesars Rewards mobile app, the hotel will then email you a receipt of your final bill.

Parking Fees for Hotel Guests: Self-parking at Paris for registered hotel guests is $18/day. However, if you are a Platinum, Diamond, or Seven Star Rewards member of Caesars property hotels, self-parking is free. See additional details at: www.caesars.com/parking (be sure to scroll further down the page to view the correct city’s parking information, to the section titled “Parking Costs: Las Vegas Properties”).
