Pharmacy purchasing can be one of the most important positions on any health-system or hosptial team, but the job is often performed without the rest of the pharmacy staff’s understanding of what is entailed to have prescribed medications in stock while keeping costs within tight budgets.  Thus you may be recognized by nominating yourself.

All nominations sent from now until June, 2007 will be printed in the November 2006 through June 2007 editions of PPO, after which the winner will be determined by an independent panel, and announced in the July-August 2007 edition.
