Hundreds of Pharmacy Purchasing Professionals from across the country and 86 exhibiting companies were in attendance in Las Vegas at The MGM Grand Hotel and Conference Center for the 14th Annual NPPA Conference.

Since 1997, we have conducted the only national meeting exclusively for the pharmacy purchasing profession, the Annual NPPA Conference, held in Las Vegas every August. This conference offers a unique opportunity for Pharmacy Purchasing Professionals in all disciplines and work settings to come together to learn the latest trends in Pharmacy Purchasing.

The NPPA Conference program has an estimated 10 hours of ACPE accredited Pharmacy CE available each year. Our only issue is pharmacy purchasing!

Members of NPPA can earn significant commissions by referring vendors who display at our conferences and advertise in our publication, Pharmacy Purchasing Outlook.

Here were some of the highlights of the 2010 Conference:

Buyer Issues of the Day - discussing standard-of-practice subjects as presented by Buyers on a peer-to-peer level

An estimated 10 units of ACPE-accredited CE's will be available for credit towards recertification, including at least 1 hour of the elusive Pharmacy Law CE required for PTCB or ICPT re-certification
Over 80 Pharmaceutical Company Sponsors exhibit their products & services
