impressive gathering of Pharmacy Purchasing Professionals from across the country, 272 purchasing professionals, 455
vendor representatives and 86 displaying sponsor companies, were in attendance in Las Vegas at The MGM Grand Hotel and
Conference Center for the 13th Annual Pharmacy Purchasing Networking Conference.
- As the only national meeting exclusively for Pharmacy Buyers, the Annual NPPA Conference held in Las Vegas every
August offers a unique opportunity for Pharmacy Purchasing Professionals in all disciplines and work settings to come together
to learn the latest trends in Pharmacy Purchasing.

average, an estimated 10 hours of ACPE accredited Pharmacy CE are available each year.

In 2010, the NPPA Conference will be held
at the AAA 4-Diamond rated MGM Grand. Here were some of the highlights of the 2009 Conference:
- Buyer Issues
of the Day - discussing standard-of-practice subjects as presented by Buyers on a peer-to-peer level
- An estimated 10 units of ACPE-accredited CE's
will be available for credit towards recertification, including at least 1 hour of the elusive Pharmacy Law
CE required for PTCB or ICPT re-certification
- Over 80 Pharmaceutical Company Sponsors display
their products & services
- Unlike most conventions,
some of your meals are included in your registration fee
- Opening Reception and
Buffet for all Buyer-Attendees, and Hospitality Receptions in the evenings
of the Conference
