Nominations for Pharmacy Purchasing Outlook's Outstanding Buyer of the Year have now
ENDED.

We are pleased to announce that Acute Care Pharmaceuticals
has agreed to again sponsor the next Outstanding Pharmacy Buyer Award. This is the 5th straight year that Acute Care Pharmaceuticals
has agreed to fund this award program for Pharmacy Purchasing Outlook.
Those considered for the program will each have a chance
to achieve one of the following distinctions (note that this year, the award prizes have changed slightly).
First Place: $1,000 education/travel grant. Second Place: $500 education/travel
grant. Third Place: $200 education/travel grant.
The nominee must have a current PPO subscription active
at their facility to be considered. Subscribers may nominate themselves or be nominated by a supervisor or colleague. Please
note that the previous year’s winners of 1st and 2nd place, will not be able to qualify this year.
Completed nominations from now until May 31, will be printed
in the March through June 2008 editions of PPO. The winners will be determined by an independent panel, and announced
in the July-August edition.

for agreeing to keep this important program of recognition and help for your education and travel fund active for all our
PPO subscribers.
