as this is NOT A SECURE SITE, but used for Purchase Orders

the credit card information area provided there, and send by fax or mail to our office.
Subscription rates: $125,
1-year; $216, 2-years. Single issues, $15.00. Subscription starts with the current issue based upon date
order is received, unless otherwise requested.
Issues are sent 1st Class mail, by the 15th of issue month.
10 issues/year are published (none in February and August).
